Courageous Transformation
This Fall. Two Opportunities.
Creating Thriving Environments:
A Practical Trauma-Informed Approach to Leadership and Workplace Culture
Currently, studies have demonstrated that employees are contending with a quademic—combined consequences of the covid pandemic, affordability crisis, politization of public discourse, and global warming. Thus, there is a surge in employees feeling genuine trauma.
What You'll Learn
Participants will:
Understand individual, systemic, and generational trauma
Differentiate trauma-informed and trauma-responsive leadership
Recognize trauma-related behaviors and workplace patterns
Influence policies and practices that support employee well-being
Build sustainable leadership approaches that foster resilience
Develop self-care strategies to prevent compassion exhaustion
If these workshops don't fit your schedule and you're interested in scheduling a group of 10 or more from your organization, reach out to Julie Kiehne, MS, CCT Winona State University, any time for assistance in coordinating a workshop that fits your timeline.

“I’ve had the pleasure of working with all three consultants from The Minnesota Group (Char, Jyoti, and Ron), and they consistently deliver engaging, inclusive learning experiences for Winona State University’s customized training clients. Participants value the interactive activities and practical tools that make complex concepts approachable and directly applicable in the workplace. The overwhelmingly positive feedback reflects the lasting impact these trainers have in building skills in cultural humility, advocacy, allyship and leadership.”
