The Minnesota Group, via its Consulting Services, accompanies you in your journey towards development of your organizations and personnel. For this journey the true north on the organizational compass shall remain Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I). Our Consulting Services are available in North America, and beyond; they are provided in person and in a virtual format.
Crisis Management
One of the goals of an organization is to have the wherewithal to withstand a crisis. TMG’s experts assist in design planning of your organization’s ability to respond to crises, particularly those related to Organizational Development, and DE&I-related matters. We aim to help your organization to initiate, develop, and implement effective crisis management training and techniques.
In accordance with your DE&I needs, we assist in the review of your mission, vision, and goals to assess where you are and where you want to be. As part of your Strategic Planning consultants we help you to create action plans based on
(i) an Evaluation of the organizational mission and vision;
(ii) an Assessment of DE&I barriers and opportunities;
(iii) the Organizational Development goals and benchmarks.
Leadership Development and Transformation
TMG Consultants will work with your organizational leadership to enhance efficacy, productivity, and collaboration within the organization. TMG will work with the Leadership Team to create frameworks that concentrate on how leadership develops in the current hybrid work environments. To that end,

Personnel Recruitment, Development, and Retention
TMG will work with your Human Resources unit to develop recruitment plans that attract a diverse talent pool. TMG will also help in Organizational Development efforts aimed at DE&I initiatives.

(ii) Provide Trainings designed for management and staff;

Climate Surveys provide a picture of your organization's climate and experience that indicate strengths as well as opportunities for change. TMG can work with you to focus on organizational policies and procedures or delve into local issues such as quality of the working environment.
